1) after opening QK desk top app you will be met with the below screen, for central admin/services data base enter the following information. For the DCU admin/services data base enter the DCU details. (hosting is username)



2) Select Admin from the options down the left side, then check the users field, click "new"



3) fill in the username + password fields. username will be firstname.surname.

Under the permissions drop down, select director if the user is 2IC/director, Enrolments if enrolments admin or RM for regional managers.

under the allow access drop down, select all centres for Enrolments staff, and RMs. select selected centres for 2ic/directors and select only their service.



4) pass on the login information.


- to change passwords, open the user and type in a new password.
